Rules:

• The game tic tac toe is played on a three-by-three grid with two players.
• Player 1 is X and player 2 is O.
• The players take turns placing their symbol in one of the nine spaces in the grid.
• The first player to get three in a row wins the round.
• If grid is filled before anyone wins, the round ends in a tie.
